Ein groer Teil dieser Einbuen ist auf Patent und Eigentumsrechtsverletzungen chinesischer Unternehmen zurckzufhren." Durch den Beitritt Chinas zur WTO im Jahre 2001 und mit der Umsetzung des Agreement on Traderelated Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights" (TRIPS) Abkommens stehen mehr Manahmen zur Verfgung, die ein effektiveres Vorgehen gegen die Markenpiraterie in China ermglichen. Vor diesem Hintergrund untersucht die vorliegende Seminararbeit die dem Unternehmen und Schutzrechtsinhaber aktuell zur Verfgung stehenden rechtlichen Mglichkeiten zur Bekmpfung von Produkt und Markenpiraterie.
