Reciclando Ando es un proyecto de comunicacin que busca el mejoramiento de las condiciones de salud pblica y que incentiva el aprovechamiento del reciclaje como herramienta de desarrollo ambiental sostenible. As, se dimensiona la comunicacin como mediacin social que emplea los medios alternativos para sensibilizar a los diferentes actores, promover el intercambio y socializacin de mensajes y fomentar la escucha, la participacin, el consenso ciudadano, la accin colectiva y el cambio social. Esta idea que naci como un proyecto de aula, super las fronteras acadmicas, hasta convertirse en una iniciativa pensada e inspirada en las necesidades de los diferentes actores, bajo una mirada constructiva del tema ambiental y de las consecuencias que provoca esta problemtica en la ciudad de Montera. Este trabajo es un aporte a la comunicacin para el cambio social, un campo que segn Cadavid est en proceso de desarrollo conceptual, por lo que puede ser considerado un trabajo de referencia que avanza, ya que se constituye en una realidad en el campo de la comunicacin que muestra repercusiones en la transformacin de la sociedad.
