In einem parlamentarisehen System muB eine Regie rung zurftcktreten, sobald ihr das politische MiBtrauen des Parlaments formell oder tatsachlich bekundet wird. Sie kann dann allenfalls noch vortibergehend als geschiiftsfiihrende Regierung tatig sein. 1m parlamentarisehen System stehen die MitgIieder der Regierung und die Mehrheit des Parlaments zumindest die Mehrheit derjenigen Kammer, deren Abgeordnete vom Biirger als deren Reprasentanten direkt gewiihlt werden in ei nem politischen Abhangigkeitsverhiiltnis zueinander. Diese Beziehung ist nieht, wie in prasidentiellen Regierungssystemen tiblich, auf die Gesetzgebung und Fra gen verfassungsrechtlicher Staatsanklage von RegierungsmitgIiedern beschriinkt. Vielmehr erstreckt sie sich vor allem unter politischen Interessen oder Zweck miiBigkeitserwiigungen auf die Amtswahrnehmung und Amtsdauer des Regie rungspersonals und dessen Vorsitzenden bzw. "Chef'. Hierfiir stehen dem Parla ment tiblicherweise die verfassungsrechtlich vorgesehenen Instrumente des MiB trauensund des Vertrauensvotums zur Verfiigung.
