Religion is a silent force of individual. It influences individuals whole life even believes, self determination and self awareness. The purpose of the present study was to explore the relationship between religious internalization and self determination among adults. The sample consisted of 200 adults,age range was between 1826 years. Religious Self regulation Questionnaire (Ryan, Rigby & King,1993), Selfdetermination scale (Vallerand & Deci, 1987) was used. Results of the study conform the relationship between religious internalization and self determination among adults. The study shows that male adults have higher level of religious internalization, and self determination than female adults. No significance differences were found on Religious internalization, Self determination, selfawareness, Introjected & Identified Internalization in terms to social class and age. Seminars and workshops should base on religious internalization,self determination,self awareness strategies and self help exercises for students and adults.
