La profesin docente est pasando de una cultura de praxis individual y aislada en las aulas de clase, a una cultura colectiva, generada por una mayor heterogeneidad de los estudiantes quienes llegan con intereses y motivaciones que en la mayora de los casos es muy diferente a lo de los docentes. Estos cambios permanentes exigen el trabajo en equipo. En este sentido, es fundamental desarrollar en los Colectivos Pedaggicos una formacin continua y actualizada que parta de sus necesidades y la de sus contextos. La experiencia de Formacin docente que se plantea en este estudio incluye reflexiones respecto de la necesidad de trabajo en Colectivo. Se trata del trabajo realizado por los investigadores de la lnea de investigacin: Investigacin Pedaggica adscrita al Centro de Investigacin Educativa Georgina Caldern de la Universidad Pedaggica Experimental Libertador. Instituto de Mejoramiento Profesional del Magisterio Ncleo Acadmico Tchira Venezuela, quienes asumieron una responsabilidad respecto de la formacin, actualizacin, capacitacin y acompaamiento de los docentes de dos instituciones educativas durante 3 aos escolares.
