Este trabajo surge de la necesidad de mejorar la enseanza de la fsica especficamente la actividad experimental. Los objetivos son: 1)Analizar diferentes maneras de abordar el trabajo experimental. 2)Caracterizar tres tipos de trabajo de laboratorio con fines educativos. 3)Analizar el tratamiento terico que dan los libros de texto a algn problema contextualizado en situacin real. 4)Evaluar experimentalmente, un problema que se presente con frecuencia en los libros de texto y en las clases de teora y que haya sido resuelto de manera poco reflexiva, con un modelo terico que lo sobresimplifica. 5)Proponer una estrategia de enseanza de la fsica en el laboratorio basada en la resolucin de problemas contextualizados en situaciones reales. La experiencia personal al desarrollar la secuencia experimental presentada, permite suponer que esta forma de trabajar el laboratorio contribuye de manera decisiva en el aprendizaje significativo de la fsica. La estrategia didctica propuesta debe mejorar el proceso aprendizaje de la fsica permitiendo integrar lo terico y lo metodolgico, cosa que no es considerada en el laboratorio tradicional.
