La transformacin de Darboux es una herramienta poderosa para encontrar solucin a ecuaciones diferenciales. Aplicada a la ecuacin de Schdinger permite la construccin de nuevos potenciales exactamente solubles. En este trabajo combinamos el mtodo de Darboux con funciones del tipo GamowSiegert (GS) para construir potenciales complejos cuyo espectro de energas es real. Los nuevos potenciales se comportan como un dispositivo ptico que emite y absorbe ondas de luz simultneamente. El mtodo es aplicado a potenciales truncados (caracterizados por una funcin suave y un parmetro de corte) tanto lineales como radiales. Las funciones GS son soluciones de la ecuacin de Schrdinger con eigenvalor complejo que satisfacen una condicin de onda puramente saliente y que representan estados de resonancia de la energa. Aqu mostramos que las discontinuidades (truncamiento) de un potencial, cuando se presentan por pares, inducen la presencia de resonancias. Tambin mostraremos el efecto de estas discontinuidades en la parte discreta del espectro. Para el estudio de resonancias asociadas con potenciales suaves se introduce una generalizacin del bien conocido mtodo semiclsico WKB.
