Product DescriptionProjektarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich BWL Handel und Distribution, Note: 2,0, Universitt Bremen (Fachbereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften), Veranstaltung: Nachhaltiges Management, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Angesichts der stark angestiegenen Anfrage nach BioGemse und BioProdukten allgemein sowie des immer grer werdenden BioSortiments in Supermrkten und Discountern gewinnt dieses Thema sowohl an Relevanz als auch an ffentlicher Aufmerksamkeit. Der so genannte BioBoom' und der Einstieg des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels ins Geschft mit BioLebensmitteln abseits vom Nischenprodukt haben den Handel vor neue Herausforderungen gestellt, was die Sicherung des Ressourcenflusses angeht. Wir werden das von Prof. MllerChrist vorgeschlagene Analyseraster fr materielle Ressourcen verwenden, welches wir im Folgenden erlutern werden. In der Betrachtung der Ressource machte die Anwendung des Analyserasters auf unser Thema es notwenig, den Begriff der Ressource weiter zu fassen. Er sollte sich nicht nur auf die BioLebensmittel an sich, welche fr den Lebensmitteleinzelhandel selbst eine Ressource sind, deren Ressourcenfluss sichergestellt werden muss, beziehen, sondern auch auf den Boden, der die kologisch erzeugten Lebensmittel hervorbringt. Im Bereich der Eigentumsregel werden wir untersuchen, in wessen Besitz die Bden sind, die fr kologischen Landbau genutzt werden knnen, ob die Bden in staatlicher oder privater Hand sind. Im Bereich der Nutzungsregel werden wir die Frage klren, was auf diesen Bden angebaut wird, welche Grnde es fr Landwirte gibt, sich fr oder gegen kologischen Landbau zu entscheiden, und wie die Lebensmitteleinzelhandelsketten darauf Einfluss nehmen knnen, um ihren Warenzufluss aufrecht zu erhalten. Im Rahmen der Schutzregel werden wir betrachten, wer im Ressourcenregime den Schutz ausbt.
