Die phnotypische Charakterisierung der Mausmodelle fr die infantile, juvenile und sptinfantile Form der neuronalen Ceroidlipofuszinose liefert einerseits einen essenziellen Beitrag zum besseren Verstndnis der NCLF. Andererseits offerieren die beschriebenen Mausmodelle effektive Untersuchungsobjekte zur knftigen Testung potenzieller Interventionsstrategien fr die Erkrankung.
