I was really let down by this travel guide. It didn’t have enough practical advice and some of the information was inaccurate. I ended up missing out on a few key spots in Edinburgh because the directions were wrong. Not what I expected from Rick Steves!

I enjoyed using this travel guide, but I wished it covered more off-the-beaten-path places. The main attractions were well detailed, but a few smaller towns and hidden gems were missing. Still, it was a solid resource for planning!
