I picked up the Rick Steves Best of Ireland guide before our trip, and it was such a lifesaver! The restaurant recommendations and maps made it super easy to navigate. I loved the detailed sections on local culture and history too. Definitely worth it!

Decent guide but missing some info
The Rick Steves guide was decent, but I expected more up-to-date info on public transportation options. Some sections felt rushed and could use more detail. However, it did help me find some hidden gems I wouldn’t have discovered otherwise.

Perfect for first-time visitors!
I bought the Rick Steves Best of Ireland for my first trip there, and it was perfect! The tips on must-see sites like the Cliffs of Moher and Dublin were spot on. The layout is easy to follow, which really helped with last-minute planning. Would definitely recommend!

Helpful but a bit outdated
This guide has a lot of useful information, but some of the restaurant suggestions felt a bit outdated. We went to a few places mentioned and found they had closed. Still, the historical insights were fantastic, and it helped us with planning our itinerary!

Disappointing content quality
I was really let down by this guidebook. It arrived with a few pages torn, and the content about attractions was quite basic. I expected more depth from Rick Steves. Might look for a different travel book for my next trip.
