I was really disappointed with this guidebook. It missed some essential sites in Ephesus and made me feel like I missed out on a lot of history. Plus, some maps were confusing. I wish I had gone with something else. Save your money!

Good Info, but Lacking Some Details
This guidebook has great insights about Istanbul and Cappadocia, but I found some parts a bit brief. I was hoping for more details on public transport. It’s still a solid resource, just not as comprehensive as I’d hoped. For the price, I expected a little more depth.

A Must-Have for Turkey Travelers
I picked up the Rick Steves' Istanbul with Ephesus & Cappadocia guidebook before my trip to Turkey, and it was super helpful! The suggestions for local eateries were spot on, and the walking tours really helped me navigate the cities without getting lost. Definitely made my trip a lot smoother!
