Riviera's coastal recipes really bring a taste of Italy and France to my kitchen! I made the bouillabaisse and it turned out fantastic! The book is beautifully laid out, too, which makes it fun to flip through. Perfect for anyone who loves to cook!

Good, but some recipes lack detail
This cookbook has some nice recipes from Riviera, but I was a bit disappointed with a few of them. Some instructions were vague, which made it hard to gauge cooking times. Still, there are some gems in there worth trying!

Delicious Coastal Recipes!
I picked up 'Recipes from the Coast of France and Italy' by Riviera, and I can't stop trying new dishes! The seafood pasta recipes are a hit at home, and the vibrant flavors really transport me back to the Mediterranean. Great find if you're into coastal cuisine!

Not impressed with the selection
Honestly, I expected more from Riviera's recipe book. The selection felt limited, especially for someone who enjoys trying diverse dishes. I found some recipes interesting, but others just didn’t appeal to me. It’s okay, but not what I hoped for.
