• Summer 1993 - Access All Areas 
Front: Lightning-torch artwork rising from the earth, labeled Summer ’93
Back: Grateful Dead Guest pass with the mic & skull drawing and handwritten “Production #152”

• Fall 1993 Variant - Access All Areas 
Front: Carved-stone totem artwork with tribal-style designs
