This research attempted to examine empirically the extent to which role stress (conflict and ambiguity) impact employee attitudes at work in two dimensions i.e. Intention to quit and organization based self esteem in Pakistani context. The study also investigated the extent to which workplace spirituality moderate the relationship between role stress and employee work attitudes. Stress has become a common issue for many employers as well as employees working in an organization and this is due to the increase in market competition, globalization, dynamic and complex working environment. Stress not only affects the employee performance but it also threat to the organization in the form of poor performance. Workplace spiritually an emerging concept in business world has strong influence on employees work attitudes as well as on the performance of the organization.
