I got this book for our small group study at church, and it’s been such a blessing. The 12 principles are easy to understand and apply in our ministry. It’s great to finally have resources available in Spanish that tackle leadership specifically in a church setting.

Arrived damaged, but content is good
Unfortunately, my copy arrived with a bent cover, which was disappointing. However, once I started reading, I found the advice on leadership in church contexts to be very enlightening. I just wish it hadn’t come damaged.

This book has some solid principles, but I wish it went a bit deeper into each topic. I appreciate the focus on leadership in a church context, especially in Spanish, but it left me wanting more examples. Still, it’s a good start for anyone new to church leadership.
