Ebenso wurde ein Interview mit einem Betroffenen und seinem Angehrigen durchgefhrt. Die Depression, deren Ursachen, Symptome sowie Therapiemglichkeiten und das Thema Suizid' wird zum besseren Verstndnis beschrieben. Es wird den Fragen nachgegangen, was Angehrige fr ihren depressiven Menschen Gutes tun knnen und welche Ratschlge Personen im Umgang mit einem Depressiven meiden sollen. Weitere Ziele sind Hilfsangebote fr Angehrige sowie die Selbstpflege. Im Interview wurde klar beschrieben, dass die Familie fr den Depressiven das Wichtigste ist. Da die Angehrigen jedoch oft vergessen werden und alleine dastehen, wird ausfhrlich eingegangen, wie sie ihm gut und vor allem richtig helfen knnen. Von den verbalen Mglichkeiten bis hin zu Bder ist alles enthalten. Eine wichtige Richtung fr die Zukunft wre die Selbstpflege fr Angehrige. Die Informationen wurden leider nur in einer Broschre gefunden. In den meisten Bchern wurde sie leider nicht beschrieben.
