Su temtica se ha estructurado en forma lgica y coherente, teniendo en cuenta que resultas de ms de veinte aos de pesquisa investigativa es una sntesis de un periodo de historia nada corto para el anlisis. La obra pretende convertirse en una herramienta de trabajo y fuente de consulta importante para la comprensin de la historia local por la sistematizacin de conocimientos, dispersos en varias fuentes.
