She has just retired after 23 years of teaching Special Education. Karen is presently enjoying helping her four boys and their families. She especially treasures the time spent with her four grandchildren. 'Saying Goodbye to Sonny' has been a book she has dreamed about writing for 11 years. She can't wait to begin her next book!
