Hieraus lsst sich die Fragestellung ableiten, ob sich neurowissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse in zukunftsfhige Managementkonzepte einbeziehen lassen oder gar einbezogen werden sollten. Konkretisiert lautet die Fragestellung: Kann durch die Anwendung des SCARFModells die Motivation und Leistung von Mitarbeitern durch intrinsische Belohnung und durch Senkung des Einflusses durch Bedrohung gesteigert werden? Hypothese: Je ausgeprgter das SCARFModell von Fhrungskrften angewendet wird, desto strker ausgeprgt ist die intrinsische Motivation und Leistung von Mitarbeitern. 1.2 Zielsetzung Ziel dieser Arbeit ist, die fnf Dimensionen des SCARFModells von David Rock zur Motivations und Leistungssteigerung zu przisieren, einen Strukturbaum mit geeigneten Fragen zu entwickeln um in Form eines Fragebogens, der bei einer Mitarbeiterbefragung eingesetzt werden soll, herausfinden zu knnen, ob in welchem Umfang sich der direkte Vorgesetzte 'SCARFgem' verhlt.
