Each section has a storage pocket to fill with class pictures, report cards, artwork, projects, and awards. The book also includes written prompts and fillintheblanks such as height, teacher s name, friends, activities, and goals.Recording a voice is easy. Follow these directions:Choose the grade to record.Press the RECORD button and the GRADE button at the same time. Hold them down until you hear a beep, and then begin recording.When finished recording, press RECORD again. Press the GRADE button to hear the recording. Rerecord until you are satisfied with the recording. Repeat the process for each grade.Set the locking switch to ensure that the recording won t be inadvertently erased.Please note that in order for the book to function properly it must be recorded on a flat surface and in a welllit area, so that the holes located on the right side of the book have an unobstructed view of a light source. The same conditions are also required for proper playback.
