Product DescriptionIn der ffentlichen Debatte entsteht zusehends der Eindruck, dass die Schule immer problematischer wird, dass Schler, Lehrer und Eltern demotiviert und frustriert sind. Neue pdagogische Anstze, Strukturen und Methoden sollen der Schule Impulse geben, damit wieder Begeisterung fr Bildung aufkommt. Doch trotz aller Bemhungen scheint die Motivation in der Schule nicht zwangslufig besser zu werden. Vorliegender Essay versucht es mit einem ganz anderen Ansatz. Auerhalb der ideologischen Diskussionen um unterschiedliche pdagogische Ausrichtungen und Methoden stellt der Autor den Faktor Mensch, das heit den Schler, den Lehrer und die Eltern in den Mittelpunkt und fragt nach den Ursachen fr Demotivation. Darauf aufbauend wird versucht konkrete Anstze fr die Lehrer darzustellen, um Ideen fr eine Schule der Motivation zu vermitteln.About the AuthorAlain Weins ist Lehrer an einer Sekundarschule und ist somit tagtglich mit dem Thema Schule und Motivation konfrontiert. Nach dem Studium der Germanistik und Geschichte an der AlbertLudwigsUniversitt in Freiburg arbeitete der Autor einige Zeit als freier Mitarbeiter im gesellschaftpolitischen und kulturellen Bereich bei RTL"Radio Ltzebuerg" und widmete sich schlielich hauptberuflich der Schule. Der Autor verfasste u.a. einige Aufstze zur soziolinguistischen Situation in Luxemburg und publizierte 1999 bei Editions Phi das Buch "Kann Poesie die Welt verndern? Eine Geschichte der Mondorfer Dichtertage". Alain Weins, Jahrgang 1968, lebt in Luxemburg, ist verheiratet und Vater eines Kindes.
