About the Author Der Autor Ralf Petzold, Jahrgang 1970, absolvierte nach seiner Ausbildung zum Zollbeamten ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium an der AKAD Hochschule Leipzig. Seit 2007 ist er bei der Bundeszollverwaltung schwerpunktmig mit der Durchfhrung von Manahmen zum Schutz geistigen Eigentums betraut.
