Dagegen nimmt die Kapitaltheorie von Sicherheitsaquivalen ten, wie Kreditsicherheiten, MaBnahmen der Managementkontrolle, Geschaftszuweisungen tiber die Kapitaltiberlassung hinaus, keine Notiz, obwohl auf den Finanzmarkten mit solchen Ak tionsparametern urn Kapital verhandelt wird, diese wie Zinsen ein Belastungselement fUr die ka pitalnehmende Unternehmung und ein Nutzenelement fUr den Kapitalgeber darstellen. Ich habe solche Sicherheitsaquivalente als implizite Kapitalkosten 1970 in die deutsche Diskussion von Kapitalmodellen eingeflihrt und darauf hingewiesen, daB sie (in gewissen Grenzen) gegen explizite Kapitalkostenbestandteile austauschbar sind. Allerdings ergeben sich dabei erhebliche Probleme der Quantifizierung von impliziten Kapitalkosten, ohne deren LOsung Kapitalkosten funktionen nicht modifiziert werden konnen. Hier liegt der Ansatz von Herm Dr. Stahlschmidt, der gemessen an den wenigen literatur beitragen beachtliche Fortschritte macht bei der Erfassung und Bewertung moglicher Be standteile von Kreditvertragen, insbesondere der Schutzbestimmungen (protective covenants), und ihre Austauschbarkeit mit Zinselementen untersucht, urn letztlich einen Beitrag fUr eine grof. ere Flexibilitiit in Kreditverhandlungen zu leisten.
