Dafr empfinde ich tiefe Dankbarkeit, denn beides prgt mein Leben. Bereits im Alter von 15 Jahren stand fr mich fest, da ich in diesem Leben meine innere Sonne und Lebensfreude mit anderen Menschen teilen mchte. Mein bewusster spiritueller Weg begann im Jahr 2000. Seitdem helfe ich als spirituelle Lehrerin und Wellnesstrainerin Menschen, innere und uere Balance zu finden und zu erhalten. Seit Nvember 2007 schreibt "es" nun aus mir. Das vorliegende Werk ist eine Zusammenfassung der bisher entstandenen Gedichte und Erzhlungen. Ich lebe nach dem Motto: Trume nicht dein Leben sondern lebe deine Trume!
