Jugendhilfe, Beratungshilfe, Familienhilfe, Mitwirkung an gerichtlichen Verfahren) die wesentlichen Grundlagen des Familienrechtes anzueignen und diese Kenntnisse in der tglichen Arbeit anzuwenden. Im Interesse der besseren bersichtlichkeit und auch um die mglicherweise vorhandene Abwehrhaltung gegen das 'Recht' bei den Sozialarbeiterinnen und pdagogen/Innen nicht noch zu verstrken wurde auf die Darstellung juristisch anspruchsvoller Fragen und auch von der Wiedergabe der juristischen Meinungsvielfalt zu vielen rechtlichen Errterungen abgesehen. Das Script erhebt keinen Anspruch auf Vollstndigkeit. Es stellt schwerpunktmssig die kindbezogenen rechtlichen Fragen (Sorgerecht, Eingriff in die elterliche Sorge, geschlossene Unterbringung eines Minderjhrigen, Soregerecht nach Trennung und Scheidung, Umgang) und die Berhrungspunkte mit der sozialen Arbeit dar. Weiter werden die rechtlichen Wirkungen der Ehe und die Reeglungsbereiche einer gestrten ehelichen Beziehung (Unterhalt, Gterrecht, Hausrat, Wohnung) dargestellt. Die Schwerpunkte sind nach praktischer Relevanz ausgewhlt.
