I was really looking forward to this book, but it arrived with a dented cover and a few torn pages. It's a shame because I love the concept of authentic interiors. I just can't enjoy it in this condition.

Great Ideas but Lacking Depth
The ideas in Sean Scherer’s book are lovely, and I appreciate the focus on authentic interiors. However, I found some sections could use more detail. It's a great coffee table book but don't expect exhaustive guides for each interior style.
