In this book we present an Autonomic SelfHealing Architecture (ASHE). We use the techniques from Artificial Immune Systems for anomaly classification and indexing in selfhealing networks. We categorise selfhealing as a super set of conventional FCAPS network management functions. Since selfmanagement functions do not have distinct boundaries, at the implementation level, ambiguities like functional redundancy, logical coupling, can lead to abstraction. Therefore we propose the dynamic composition of healing services so that the precise and customised solution of every fault can be presented.
