Honestly, I thought this would help me tackle my procrastination issues, but it didn't really hit the mark. Some sections were repetitive, and I found myself skimming. Maybe it just wasn't the right fit for me.

I picked up 'Self Sabotage and Other Ways I've Spent My Time' hoping for some relatable insights, and it didn't disappoint. The author's perspective really resonated with me, especially the part about recognizing harmful patterns in life. I found it hard to put down!

Interesting but a Bit Slow
This book had some great insights but felt a little slow in parts. I enjoyed the reflections on self-sabotage, but a few chapters could have been more engaging. Worth a read if you're into self-help, just be prepared for some slower pacing.
