Entre todos los tipos de agresiones contra la integridad personal, las sexuales son especialmente propensas al estudio de vestigios biolgicos pues, implican siempre un contacto fsico entre la vctima y su agresor o agresores y consecuentemente, un intercambio de materiales tales como saliva, pelos, fibras y fluidos biolgicos, siendo el ms frecuente los restos de semen, convirtindose ste en un factor determinante para esclarecer ste tipo de delitos. Con el fin de contribuir a las Ciencias Forenses en el campo de los Delitos Sexuales, se realiz la validacin de dos pruebas rpidas inmunocromatogrficas, para la identificacin de las protenas: Antgeno Especfico de Prstata (PSA) y Semenogelina (Sg); en muestras de semen. Para la validacin, se utilizaron tres fluidos seminales diferentes: un fluido seminal de un individuo normosprmico, un individuo oligosprmico y un individuo azoosprmico. Adicionalmente, varios fluidos y frotis biolgicos, provenientes de mujeres: sangre total, sangre menstrual, saliva, orina, frotis rectal y frotis vaginal.
