I bought this book, 'A History of the Zulu People', for my son who's been curious about different cultures. The illustrations are engaging, and the stories are well-written. It’s a great introduction to Zulu heritage, perfect for kids!

Not What I Expected
I ordered this book thinking it would have more stories and less factual content. While it's definitely informative, my son found it boring after a while. It might be better suited for older children or adults interested in detailed history.

Interesting but a Bit Complex for Kids
This book from Shakas is really informative, but I found some parts a bit too complex for my eight-year-old. He enjoyed the pictures, though, and it sparked some good conversations about history. Just wish it was a bit simpler to follow!
