Shiga Toxinproduzierende E. coli (STEC) gelten weltweit als wichtige Erreger lebensmittelbedingter Infektionen und knnen zu schweren Erkrankungen fhren. Verantwortlich dafr ist die Pathogenittsinsel LEE sowie darauf kodierte Komponenten eines Typ III Sekretionssystems, ber das die Bakterien Effektorproteine direkt in die Wirtszellen injizieren. Zudem existiert eine groe Anzahl an Effektorproteinen, die auerhalb des LEE kodiert sind. Darunter auch der NonLEE encoded Effector A (NleA), der unter pathogenen E. coli Stmmen weitverbreitet vorkommt. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wird die Regulation der nleAVariante nleA4795 untersucht, welche auf einem Shiga ToxinPhagen lokalisiert ist. Anhand der Ergebnisse wird demonstriert, dass die NleA4795Expression von unterschiedlichsten Faktoren beeinflusst wird. Zum einen ist das nleA4795Gen in den Lervermittelten Regulationskreis der TTSS Effektoren integriert und korreliert somit mit der Expression des Typ III Sekretionssystems. Auf der anderen Seite spielen verschiedene Umweltbedingungen wie Nhrstoff und Salzgehalt oder Antibiotika eine groe Rolle, die die nleA4795Expression auch unabhngig von Ler beeinflussen.
