Con esta investigacin cualitativa se busc obtener una comprensin de los significados de Biotica de la Escuela de Psicologa de la UPTC; los participantes se dividen en dos cohortes donde se incluye a los estudiantes y docentes. Se utiliz una entrevista a profundidad para la obtencin de los datos que son examinados mediante el mtodo de anlisis de contenido; la necesidad surge de la investigacin Consentimiento Informado en el Contexto Psicolgico en la Escuela de Psicologa de la UPTC, donde se establece la necesidad de una profundizacin en la temtica de Biotica en el contexto psicolgico. Los resultados evidencian la importancia de la aplicacin de la biotica en todas las reas de la psicologa y la vida cotidiana, una comunicacin clara en todo proceso relacional entre personas y la necesidad de estrategias que ayuden al fortalecimiento de la biotica dentro de la Escuela de Psicologa.
