Fortaleciendo las reas estratgicas a largo plazo e impulsar su desarrollo como sector emergente y llegar convertirlo en sector de clase mundial. Diseando una infraestructura para el manejo del producto como centro de acopio, determinacin de los medios transporte eficientes, aprovechamiento de las economas de escala, sostenibilidad de la oferta de un producto bajo las normas de calidad en produccin, valor agregado, proveedura basada en la provisin, acumulacin, locacin y surtido, adems de la distribucin segn los requerimientos del mercado. El otro factor que incide en los bajos niveles almacenamiento y suministro constante, es el proceso individual que se realiza en la cosecha de papa donde se hace una preseleccin no minuciosa y se empaca en sacos de 50 kilogramos, para ser transportada en camiones de estacas, que son de terceros o intermediarios y que se encargan de llevarla al mercado.
