A travs de la propuesta conceptual de Conquista dxica, se revela de manera tericoprospectiva el anlisis de la reproduccin de las desigualdades socioeducativas en las comunidades indgenas de Mxico en los ltimos quinientos aos de historia, en particular desde el discurso de los materiales pedaggicos en la educacin republicana. Con ello se vislumbran las relaciones asimtricas de poder que se generan, entre los sistemas de creencias propios del Estado y los de las comunidades indias. Asimismo se plantea que, desde la construccin cultural del imaginario social del indgena, las teoras de la desigualdad socioeducativa y las sociologas de las religiones, es posible un modelo interpretativo de lectura de la problemtica de discriminacin que viven estas comunidades en el seno de las polticas educativas del Estado, poniendo nfasis en las paradojas que se encuentran en el paradigma Intercambio/ diversidad. Es un documento para comprender los hechos sociales desde los nuevos enfoques de las ciencias del imaginario; la sociologa de las creencias y la historia del pensamiento moderno.
