Den praktischen Umgang mit Recht und dessen Anwendungsprobleme lernt er whrend seines Gerichtsjahres am BG Thalgau und am Landesgericht Salzburg im Sommer 2000 kennen. Im August 2001 bersiedelte der Autor zu einem fortbildenden MBA an der Pepperdine University nach Kalifornien.
