Se prepararon pelculas delgadas MSiO2 por el mtodo solgel para el estudio de su morfologa. Las pelculas delgadas fueron depositadas en sustratos de vidrio mediante la tcnica de Dipcoating. La inmersin de los sustratos se realiz a temperatura ambiente, controlando la viscosidad de este para un estudio de los resultados. Las pelculas fueron tratadas trmicamente en una mufla convencional y caracterizados en el Microscopio de Fuerza Atmica para el anlisis de su superficie.
