I bought this book for my public health course and it's been super helpful. The explanations of social and behavioral foundations are clear and easy to understand. It’s not overly technical, which is great for a beginner like me!

I was expecting more from this book. It arrived with some pages slightly bent, and I found the layout to be confusing. The information is valuable, but the presentation needs work. Not what I hoped for.

Informative but a bit dense
The content is very rich, but sometimes it feels a bit too much to digest in one sitting. I appreciate the depth it goes into regarding social determinants of health, but the writing can be a little heavy at times. Still a solid read!
