D'abord, nous avons tudi les relations mdecinmalade diffrentes phases de la maladie jusqu lannonce de l'incurabilit. Le second axe sest orient sur les pratiques soignantes autour du patient en fin de vie o chacun avec son savoir et sa sensibilit sefforce dy rpondre par des tentatives de "dbrouille" afin daccompagner dignement ces personnes au "bien mourir". Cet ouvrage s'adresse toute personne intresse par le thme des soins palliatifs.
