I enjoyed reading Son of Thunder's retelling, but I felt it could have explored the characters a bit more. The plot was engaging, but it seemed to end too quickly. Still, it's a fun read for a cozy afternoon and the illustrations are lovely!

While I found "An Old Lapp Tale Retold" enjoyable, I think it could have had a bit more depth to the storyline. It’s a nice read for younger kids, but older ones might find it a bit too simple. Still, it’s a beautiful book overall!

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with "An Old Lapp Tale Retold." I thought it would be more engaging based on the description. The pacing was slower than I anticipated, but the art is beautiful. Just not my cup of tea!
