Misleading Title, Lacked Substance
I was really excited to read '7 Transformational Principles for a Healthy Soul', but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The concepts felt repetitive, and I didn’t find much new information. I wanted more actionable steps rather than just abstract ideas.
