Product Description Das 'Hssliche' oder auch NichtSchne (oder das so Empfundene) hat sich in der Kunst nach 1850 mehr und mehr etabliert und ist im 20. Jahrhundert gar nicht mehr aus ihr weg zu denken. Der theoretische und sthetische Diskurs hlt in seiner Kontroverse allerdings bis heute an und schafft es erst in den letzten Jahren das Hssliche als sthetische Kategorie zu akzeptieren. Die Akzeptanz des als hsslich Empfundenen macht natrlich auch vor der Popmusik nicht halt. Hrt man sich nur etwas durch die Geschichte der Popmusik, so erkannt man sehr schnell, dass auch erfolgreiche Popmusik viele Elemente des nicht Schnen bzgl. musikalischer und klanglicher Parameter enthlt. Die Stimmen Janis Joplins oder Bob Dylans sind nach den Regeln der sthetik sicher nicht schn, die verzerrten Gitarren im Heavy Metal oder die kurzen und einfachen Formen des Punk wohl ebenso nicht. Einerseits wird in der vorliegenden Studie theoretisch untersucht, warum das Hssliche in der Popmusik musikalischinterpretatorisch und klanglich mglich ist, whrend das zum Beispiel in der westlichen Kunstmusik nicht denkbar ist. Hierzu mussen vorerst die Begrifflichkeiten der Popmusik und des Hsslichen so klar wie mglich umrissen werden. Auerdem soll in Form einer Inhaltsanalyse von Amazon Kundenrezensionen errtert werden, wie die Wahrnehmung der PophrerInnen durch die Existenz von landlufig als hsslich empfundenen Elementen innermusikalischer und technischklanglicher Natur in der Popmusik beeinflusst wird. Entsteht durch den Einsatz hsslicher" Elemente ein Mehr oder Minderwert fur den Hrer/die Hrerin? Wie kann man diesen Mehr oder Minderwert charakterisieren? Gibt es signifikante Zusammenhnge gewisser Kategorien hsslicher" Elemente mit gewissen Kategorien von Mehr oder Minderwert? Abschlieend werden entsprechende praktische und theoretische Schlussfolgerungen fur die Popmusikproduktion gezogen. Um das Feld der Untersuchung einzugrenzen, wird ausschlielich auf die Stimme im Pop e About the Author Dipl.Tonmeister Hannes Plattmeier wurde 1984 geboren und wuchs in Hersbruck bei Nrnberg auf. Nach einer musikalisch geprgten Kindheit entschied er sich fr das Tonmeisterstudium an der Universitt fr Musik und darstellende Kunst in Wien. Vor dem Abschluss seines Studiums sammelte er zwei Jahre lang praktische Erfahrung als Engineer in London. Fasziniert vom aktuellen sthetischen Diskurs und dem Spezialfall der Popmusik, entwickelte er whrend dieser Zeit auch die Idee der vorliegenden Studie. Hannes Plattmeier arbeitet als freischaffender Tonmeister in Deutschland, England und sterreich.
