Mit Hilfe der ersten Lngsschnittstudie, die in einem deutschen Gefngnis in der Untersuchungshaft von Jugendlichen durchgefhrt wurde, bekommt er Antworten auf die Fragen. Durch das aufwendige Verfahren konnte er ein schlssiges sozialpdagogisches Konzept entwickeln, das zum gewinnbringenden Aufenthalt in einer Justizvollzugsanstalt beitragen kann. Im ersten Hauptteil des Buches legt er zunchst den theoretischen Rahmen fest. Juristische, psychologische und soziologische Betrachtungsweisen werden ausfhrlich beleuchtet und in den Gesamtzusammenhang eingeordnet. Der aktuelle Forschungsstand bezglich des Themas wird aufgezeigt. Im Folgenden werden ausfhrlich der Aufbau der Studie und die Durchfhrung beschrieben. Die Ergebnisse sind grafisch dargestellt und werden erklrt bzw. interpretiert. Auf dieser Basis konnte das "Tripple B" Konzept entwickelt werden, welches im letzten Hauptteil des Buches vorgestellt wird. Die Relevanz des Themas wird durch die intensive Auseinandersetzung der entsprechenden Fachrichtungen der Sozialarbeits und Rechtswissenschaften mit dem Aspekt der Untersuchungshaftvermeidung bei Jugendlichen, aber auch mit neuen Gesetzesvorhaben bezglich der Untersuchungshaft deutlich. About the Author Daniel Straif (geb. 1980), Sozialpdagoge (BA) und staatl. exam. Gesundheits und Krankenpfleger, Bachelorstudium der Sozialen Arbeit an der Dualen Hochschule BadenWrttemberg in Stuttgart (Abschluss 2009). Zuvor Krankenpflegeausbildung im Marienhospital Stuttgart mit anschlieender zweijhriger Berufserfahrung in der Ansthesie und Intensivmedizin. Derzeit ttig als Bewhrungshelfer bei der NEUSTART gGmbH in Stuttgart. Whrend seines Studiums konnte er viel praktische Erfahrungen im Sozialdienst der JVA StuttgartStammheim und im Jugendhilfezentrum Don Bosco Helenenberg (bei Trier) sammeln.
