Neben den in den Medien erscheinenden offensichtlichen Erscheinungsformen wie Krieg, Kriminalitt, auslnderfeindlichen Aktionen, sexuellem Missbrauch etc. gibt es im Alltag unzhlige weniger auffllige: Aggressionen im Straenverkehr, in der Familie, in der Berufswelt (Mobbing), in der Schule, im Sport und subtilere Formen der psychischen Aggression. Fast tglich berichten die Medien von aggressiven bergriffen junger Menschen. Hierbei lsst sich feststellen, dass nicht nur die Zahl der Gewalttaten steigt, sondern vor allem die Qualitt der Aggressionen sich verndert hat. Viele aggressive Verhaltensweisen werden in unserer modernen Ellbogengesellschaft' akzeptiert und von Erwachsenen vorgelebt. Nach HURRELMANN zeigen aktuelle Studien, dass 10 12% der Kinder im Schulalter an psychischen Strungen vor allem in den Bereichen Leistung, Emotion und Sozialkontakt leiden. Dazu gehren auch aggressive und gewalthaltige Verhaltensweisen [...] wobei offenbar an Hauptschule und Berufsschulen die meisten Probleme wahrgenommen werden'. Nicht nur weil die Schule von der zunehmenden Aggressivitt besonders betroffen ist, sondern vor allem wegen ihres groen Einflusses auf die Kinder ist es sinnvoll, hier mit der Bekmpfung der Aggressivitt zu beginnen. Die jetzigen und zuknftigen Lehrer werden besonders im pdagogischen Bereich gefordert sein. Eine wichtige Rolle bei dieser Aufgabe spielen dabei die Sportlehrer, zum einen, weil aggressives Verhalten im Sportunterricht mehr als in anderen Fchern offen auftritt, zum anderen, weil der Sportunterricht eine gute Mglichkeit bietet, die Schler emotional geffnet und engagiert zu treffen und sie so positiv zu beeinflussen.
