Diese Arbeit wurde im Sommer 1992 als Dissertation unter dem Titel "Sprachfhigkeit des Staatsbrgers und ffentlichkeit. Zu den Anforderun gen der artikulierten ffentlichkeit, insbesondere der Bildungspolitik und der Medien, an die Sprachfhigkeit des Staatsbrgers" von der Neuphilologischen Fakultt der RuprechtKarlsUniversitt Heidel berg angenommen.
