About the Author Ousmane (oosman) Ndoye, or 'The Fisherman,' has overcome tremendous odds in order to survive and eventually immigrate to the United States to pursue his dreams of education and contribution. Ousmane's last name means fisherman in his native country, Senegal. He has transformed the literal meaning of his heritage into a metaphorical one for his unfaltering willingness to transform the severest of circumstances into actions which yield dramatic results. Ousmane is the founder and CEO of Willinger's Network, a Denverbased company dedicated to improving the lives of community organizations and businesses through applicable selfworth and contribution.
