Primres Ziel ist die Entlastung des rztlichen Sektors durch Pflegepersonal bei gleichzeitiger bernahme von Ttigkeiten aus dem pflegerischen Bereich durch kostengnstigere Hilfskrfte. Diese bernahmen haben jedoch weniger den Charakter von Delegation, vielmehr soll eine Aufgabenverteilung rztlicher Ttigkeiten auf die Pflege und pflegerischer Ttigkeiten auf einen untersttzendes Personal im Rahmen einer Allokation mit juristischer Verantwortungsverlagerung stattfinden.
