Wenn dann noch Wissenschaftlichkeit durch ellenlange Schach telsatze dokumentiert wird, dann wiirden Sie wahrscheinlich genau dasselbe tun wie ich: das Buch gelangweilt weglegen, denn dann ist es eigentlich nur noch geeignet fiir den kleinen Kreis der SteueroasenExperten, die es sowieso wissen miil3ten. Ich habe deshalb versucht, dieses Buch interessant zu schreiben, ohne dal3 darunter die Genauigkeit leidet. Es wendet sich an Privatpersonen und Unternehmer sowie an die Finanz, Unter nehmens, Rechts und Steuerberater, die zwar ihre Klienten hervorragend bei nationalem Recht und Steuerfragen beraten konnen, aber einfach iiberfordert sein miissen, wenn es das Ge biet der internationalen Steueroasen betrifft. Die Befiirchtung mancher Berater, ihren Klienten durch den an sich wichtigen Hinweis iiber Steueroasen zu schad en, weil es sie in den Ruch der Illegalitat bringen wiirde, ist unbegriindet. Steueroasen unter Ausnutzung aller legalen Wege des nationa len Steuerrechts zu benutzen, ist absolut legitim. Nur sie zur Steuerhinterziehung zu nutzen, ist illegal. Es gibt unter dem deutschen Aul3ensteuergesetz und Oasenerlal3 immer noch Moglichkeiten, die unbestreitbaren Vorteile von Steueroasen le gal auszunutzen.
