Mit ihrem 2007 neu aufgelegten Aktionsplan II zur Bekmpfung von Gewalt gegen Frauen setzt die Bundesregierung auf eine zielgerichtete, koordinierte Zusammenarbeit von staatlichen und nichtstaatlichen Institutionen in Interventions und Kooperationsbndnissen zum Schutz vor huslicher Gewalt. Auf der Grundlage des Gewaltschutzgesetzes knnen polizei, zivil und strafrechtliche Instrumente kombiniert werden und im Sinne eines Gesamtkonzeptes zum sofortigen Schutz der Opfer eingesetzt werden. Ausgehend von der Frage, ob und wie es einem etablierten Kooperationsnetzwerk gelingt, husliche Gewalt zu verfolgen? besttigt sich in der vorliegenden Untersuchung die bemerkenswert konsequente Strafverfolgung huslicher Gewalt. Die Befunde der Untersuchung liefern den empirischen Beleg dafr, dass die mit dem Aktionsplan der Bundesregierung verfolgte Gleichstellungspolitik durch eine positive Diskriminierung bei der Kontrolle huslicher Gewalt umgesetzt wird. Im Ergebnis lsst sich festhalten, dass das Gewaltschutzgesetz einschlielich der zivilrechtlichen Schutzmglichkeiten wirkungsvoll umgesetzt wird. Eine Moralisierung des Strafrechts hingegen hat sich nicht durchgesetzt.
