Organisationaler Wandel bedingt demnach die Beriicksichtigung personaler, organisatio naler und strategischer Aspekte: Komplexe Systeme sind nur beschrankt erfaB und steuerbar, wenngleich die illusion der Machbarkeit faszinierend erscheint Der Prozess des Intervenierens in Organisationen ist ebenso wichtig wie der Inhalt der Intervention, da neben den Elementen deren Beziehungen systembestimmend sind. (Wirtschafts) Organisationen sind ebensowenig wertfrei zu beurteilen und zu beeinflussen wie die Betriebswirtschaftslehre als Wissenschaft. Die Thematisierung organisationalen Wandels erfolgt tiber den Begriff 'Lemen'. Personale, organisationale und strategische Aspekte des Lemens in und von Organisationen werden er6rtert und in FOrIn eines Konzeptes 'Strategischer Organisat;ionsEntwicklung' zusammengefiibrt Daraus ergibt sich eine dreifache Zielsetzung: Die Schaffung eines erweiterten Grundverstandnisses des Lemens in und von Organisationen. Bine gedankliche Zusammenflihrung der Ansitze der Organisationsentwicklung einerseits und der strategischen Planung bzw. des strategischen Managements andererseits.
